We also worked with Yogi from the management side and Tony from the financing side, and all of which were so kind. We never felt pressured or pushed in any direction, and the team walked us through the steps to help us better understand our options. The entire staff was very respectful and a joy to work with. Giving 5 stars to service advisor Tom Z. for his stellar customer service at the South St. Paul location! Unfortunately I haven't had great luck with my 2020 jeep grand cherokee I purchased from here last summer, but I have worked with Tom since the beginning of my auto start/stop issues and every time I've had to bring my vehicle in for a fix he has had my back. He truly cares and wants to do right by the customer, and he takes the time to listen and understand rather than just giving a quick generic response to keep you moving along. In my opinion, I think others can learn a lot from him and his people skills. Thank you Tom for taking care of me and having my back when something isn't right!

Best car buying experience I've ever had which is saying something considering every purchase over the years at Fury has been superlative. I had the pleasure of working with Scotty Cameron to lease a new Durango last weekend and it was a breeze. Did I mention that Scotty is a great guy? Well just to be clear: He's a GREAT guy. There's the old cliche that buying/leasing a new car is a miserable experience and that's simply not the case at Fury. This was my 3rd purchase at the South St. Paul location and they've always made it a great experience.
