BEYOND thrilled with my experience back on 5/26. Sean Laughlin sold me a firecracker red 2021 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited (my dream car since I was 25, finally decided to get one at 41). Ya'all. I don't know if it's because Jeep folks (I know this is CJDR) are just all bonded together by the fact that these cars will literally screw you out of every penny you've ever owned so WHY make anything about buying driving and talking about and/or accessorizing them anything but joyful.. or what it is, but THAT is what it was. Sean, who had a broken foot I might add, was not just a consummate professional, he was kind hearted, great sense of humor, and never once stumbled over the fact that I can talk a mile a minute without coming up for air. He was a perfect gentleman, knowledgeable, and above all, honest and transparent. I've been driving over two decades and have bought cars every 5 or so years, if I'm honest, and I've never enjoyed a buying experience this much. Zero pressure. Zero BS. No lines fed no features oversold. Heck, even the finance folks didn't push for an extended warranty. If I said no, no was enough and we moved on. No hassle, no problems. God. It wase the most fun, EASIEST buy I've ever had. Furthermore, Wranglers are gonna wrangle (what did I just say about these cars sucking every dime out of your life? JEEP stands for "Just Empty Every Pocket" for a reason...), and I've had one or two hiccups. Every single dealer I've ever worked with forgets me the second I'm off the lot. And if I have a problem and want someone to make it right? OH LORD do I suddenly become a "problem" client. NOT at Fury. Sean follows up with the same ready smile and laughter as he did the moment I walked in. Ya'all want a Jeep? Go to Fury. Go to Sean. Just empty the pockets. Smiles per hour guaranteed.

I went to test drive a few vehicles and came out with a beautiful 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I had great service and experiences with the two gentlemen who helped me through the process, along with management. They also understood my trade-in vehicle's worth and gave me a great deal on it. Would highly recommend paying a visit here and trying out the vehicles they have in their lot. One thing that I appreciated with my sales guy, Sean, was that he understood I wanted to test drive other vehicles at other dealerships and respected that. These guys do not hard sell. They genuinely care about what YOU want to drive and what YOU feel comfortable driving in, and when all is said and done, you drive off their lot with a brand new vehicle YOU feel proud driving. Can't stress it enough, get in and check out their vehicles. Great customer service, and great folks!

This place is great! I recently completed a purchase here along with selling my current/prior vehicle. The staff were responsive upon my initial inquiry, welcoming on arrival and made sure the process went smoothly. I had to swing by after work on a weekend at so I also appreciated the later hours. I was helped my Sean McLaughlin who was incredibly helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly and answered all my questions. Shawn the finance manager was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fury also had a beautiful faculty. 10/10 would come here again!

To give 5 stars to Fury Motors, doesn’t do justice! From enter to final exit, our experience far exceeded expectations! We were stranded, 200 miles from home, stress level 10! Sean was extremely responsive and informative by email and phone. I came in to look at and test drive a used vehicle that I found on their website. Both Sean and Justin were great... answered all of my questions and accompanied me on the drive; I never got a feeling that I couldn't trust them. I decided to buy the car and Sean and Nicole made it a smooth process. Everyone in the store made me feel welcomed... I honestly didn't encounter anyone who didn't smile and strike up a conversation. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to my friends and family. As an aside, I also found their website to be well made. It was easy to navigate and it had all of the vehicle information including a free CarFax report.

I just wanted to share another positive experience with Fury Motors. My son was looking for a replacement newer vehicle and had done his research on the website and had a few in his price range. Our sales person Drew listened to what he was looking for and reviewed the ones my son selected and some vehicles that he thought would fit what my son was looking to buy. Drew, went over pros and cons for each vehicle, which I greatly respected. He made our choice, finance did an excellent job going over each form that needed to be signed and we were on our way. I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Teejay... even though I ultimately didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle I had inquired about. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit—not just making a sale. I absolutely hate shopping for cars because of how you are typically pushed into a direction to buy, but working with him wasn't like that at all. He answered all my questions, offered up considerations to help weigh options, never applied pressure, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Went in for a test drive only. Jason was great. Understood that I was only looking today. He was kind and informative. I am only in the price range for a used vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to look at anything other than what I was there for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fury Motors Saint Paul. Firstly to Sean, for helping me every step of the way. Great guy, great communication, very honest and open, genuinely seemed to want to make sure I drove away with the right car - from his dealership or elsewhere. Just fantastic. I actually an identical vehicle available with slightly higher mileage but lower cost at another dealer but I only wanted to work with Sean on this vehicle purchase. The other guys I interacted with at the dealership were all first class too. Over the course of the week I saw half a dozen vehicles at various places over the Twin Cities but I keep coming back to Fury Saint Paul. The buying process was really straight forward - overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend them to anyone - new cars, used cars, trading, buying. Go with confidence.
