I had the chance to experience a new employee knowing the ins and outs of being one in the past this guy gave it his all big shout out to Jordan Frame he said he was 3 weeks brand new and still treated me like I was a long time customer after giving him my details about the specific kind of car I wanted he went out of his way to ensure that we left in something we wanted to leave with and not just something he wanted us to get off the lot with Jordan. I just wanted to share another positive experience with Fury Motors. My son was looking for a replacement newer vehicle and had done his research on the website and had a few in his price range. Our sales person Drew listened to what he was looking for and reviewed the ones my son selected and some vehicles that he thought would fit what my son was looking to buy. Drew, went over pros and cons for each vehicle, which I greatly respected. He made our choice, finance did an excellent job going over each form that needed to be signed and we were on our way. I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Teejay... even though I ultimately didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle I had inquired about. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit—not just making a sale. I absolutely hate shopping for cars because of how you are typically pushed into a direction to buy, but working with him wasn't like that at all. He answered all my questions, offered up considerations to help weigh options, never applied pressure, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism throughout, from the appraisal of my trade to addressing the concerns I had about reliability in a 1st Gen again. Went in for a test drive only. Jason was great. Understood that I was only looking today. He was kind and informative. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fury Motors Saint Paul. Firstly to Sean, for helping me every step of the way. Great guy, great communication, very honest and open, genuinely seemed to want to make sure I drove away with the right car - from his dealership or elsewhere. Just fantastic. I actually an identical vehicle available with slightly higher mileage but lower cost at another dealer but I only wanted to work with Sean on this vehicle purchase. The other guys I interacted with at the dealership were all first class too. Over the course of the week I saw half a dozen vehicles at various places over the Twin Cities but I keep coming back to Fury Saint Paul. The buying process was really straight forward - overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend them to anyone - new cars, used cars, trading, buying. Go with confidence. Came in about a month ago and purchased a 2019 grand cherokee limited X, after about 2000 miles the water pump started leaking. After inspection it was found the timing chain cover and valve cover gaskets were leaking oil heavily. After a short conversation with Mike and Brian they got my car in immediately and fixed all free of charge without any issue. Professional behavior at its finest, good people here. I have purchased 4 Ram trucks from Fury South St. Paul in the last 10 years and have had an excellent experience every time. The sales staff are excellent (I have worked with Drew on all my purchases and had help from Thomas with my last delivery) and the General Manager Justin is the best Dealership Manager I've ever worked with. Service and Parts have also been great and responsive. I feel I've been able to get fair pricing, honest answers and excellent communication and delivery.

Bought my 2017 Jeep Renegade at Fury years ago and have never had a bad experience - in fact, the car has had very few issues in its lifetime, which is great. However, I recently had a bit of a fluke issue with one of my wheels when getting new tires put on and Fury's support has been just incredible. I was connected with Tyson in the service department and he has been one of the most open, honest, responsive and compassionate folks I have ever had the chance to interact with at Fury. From the moment I dropped off the car, he treated it like it was his own and was ready to problem solve and help me get back on the road. With every new hiccup, he talked through each option thoroughly with me and helped me to understand so that I could make an informed choice. Could not recommend Fury enough and if you get the chance to work with Tyson, you're lucky! He's the best!

I originally came in unsure about what I wanted to get but I knew I wasn’t leaving without something. I was referred to Andrew for his excellent customer service. He helped me narrow down my options. I test drove a few cars with Eric and instantly fell in love with a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were both very knowledgeable about the cars. They informed me about the warranty, price points, and taxes associated with my purchase. They were very open to spending the time with me to answer all of my questions. I was in the dealership for a total of about 3 1/2 hours with them just to ensure that this was exactly what I wanted and to make sure I understood the terms fully. I would refer any and everyone to Fury for my overall experience. Andrew and Eric were by far the best salesmen I have dealt with in my lifetime car scratching.

One of the best showroom floors in the Twin Cities! Had a super great experience purchasing a new Ram 1500 with a great team starting with Drew on finding the best fit. Took our '21 Pacifica in for service/swap Winter tires out, which we were trying to sell so I inquired about a trade-in. I highly doubted they'd even come close to what we needed but Drew said I'd be suprised...and I was! We didn't need a van anymore and was able to get into a brand new Hornet Hybrid for nearly the same payment after a VERY generous offer on our Pacifica, HUGE discount on the Hornet along with rebates and tax savings, it just worked out! Point is, never hurts to ask...and ask for Drew!!!

I purchased my vehicle from Fury on 08/21/2024. My sales associate, Josue Cazares (Josh) couldn’t have been more professional, courteous and informative. He was able to answer most every question that I asked. If Josue didn’t know the answer to a particular question- he was honest about not knowing- he’d ask someone that knew the answer, then relay that information. Honesty is extremely important (to me), especially when purchasing a vehicle! The occupation of “car salesman”-(especially “used car salesman”) has been historically defined as -manipulative, seedy & dishonest. Josue was the antithesis of this historical definition. I was also very impressed by the financier and other sales associates - who looked out for us-when Josue had to step away. Overall-Fury Motors gets an A+. I will definitely recommend to family & friends. I will also purchase my next vehicle from Fury.
