My experiences with Fury Motor and Salesman Cris Ticiu and Finance Tom Foster is by far Superior Service compared to any other Dealership I had ever worked with. They truly care about you and your needs, no pressure and they really take care of you. They stayed an hour past closing with no complaints to get us into the truck we wanted. They went above and beyond to get that truck over to us from their other location. I was telling my sister about my experience and she said my brother-in-law had purchased his truck here too. She said he had noticed a leak in the window after purchasing and they took care of it right away. I stand by Fury Motors and would 100% recommend. They are Awesome!

One phone call is all it took! Chris took the time to find the vehicle, a Preowned Jeep Rubicon. He looked at the inventory, really listened to my needs, explained things I hadn’t thought to ask…I went to Fury 3 hours later and bought the vehicle- test ride- —was thrilled!! He and a coworker delivered the next day , with new plates!! Why go anywhere else? Thanks Fury!

I brought my new to me- Jeep in for some warranty work. The service advisor Thomas was very nice to work with and so were the others I encountered while being there. They were able to drive me home while they would probably have my Jeep for most of the day. I called after I was dropped off and Josiah answered and I explained I lost my glasses. He went and found them for me when I thought I left them in the courtesy drivers vehicle. All in all impeccable customer service. It was a pleasant experience.

We bought 2 vehicles from Fury in the past and needed a vehicle for my son who just started driving. The salesman Chris was very helpful and he had taken the Jeep in on trade and knew all about it which was helpful. I had a fuel tank relief valve that had stopped working in my 2020 Ram 1500. It was over the warranty miles and the warranty was expired. Because the relief valve is built into the fuel tank, the fuel tank had to be replaced. Cost being $1400.00! That's when Michelle ( service technician) went to bat for me. She contacted Ryan (service manger) and they called me back and asked if I could pay $250.00. What a relief. I was extremely happy. Michelle ordered the new fuel tank and made me an appointment and got it replaced. But wait that was't the end of the story. Three weeks later I received a check in the mail from Fury motors for $250.00!! They also reimbursed me for the $250.00.. I can't say enough about Fury Motors, from Justin the sales manger to Ryan the service manger and of course Michelle the service tech who went to bat for me!! This is my second truck I have purchased from Fury. I was a Ford guy all my life (70 years) I will never go back Ram and Fury motors is where we will stay, my wife is about to purchase a new car from them now. Warmest Regards Rick DeWolf

Finding someone who cares about the customer they are serving is rare today but Brook went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Giving 5 stars to service advisor Tom Z. for his stellar customer service at the South St. Paul location! Unfortunately I haven't had great luck with my 2020 jeep grand cherokee I purchased from here last summer, but I have worked with Tom since the beginning of my auto start/stop issues and every time I've had to bring my vehicle in for a fix he has had my back. He truly cares and wants to do right by the customer, and he takes the time to listen and understand rather than just giving a quick generic response to keep you moving along. In my opinion, I think others can learn a lot from him and his people skills. Thank you Tom for taking care of me and having my back when something isn't right!

Best car buying experience I've ever had which is saying something considering every purchase over the years at Fury has been superlative. I had the pleasure of working with Scotty Cameron to lease a new Durango last weekend and it was a breeze. Did I mention that Scotty is a great guy? Well just to be clear: He's a GREAT guy. There's the old cliche that buying/leasing a new car is a miserable experience and that's simply not the case at Fury. This is my 2nd purchase from Fury Motors, purchased 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited in 2019, traded in this week for 2024 Grand Cherokee Limited. Both transactions were smooth, and I never felt pressured at any time. Last Fall(2023) while having my 2019 serviced I met Jillian while looking at vehicles on the Fury show room floor. I knew I wanted another Jeep, just wasn't sure which model I'd be eventually purchasing. I liked my Cherokee limited, had the 6-cylinder engine and thought I'd simply trade mine in for a 2024. The 2024 Cherokee was no longer available with the 6-cylinder engine so my wife and I looked at the Grand Cherokee. That's where we met Jillian, she was helpful and answered a few of my initial questions about the Grand Cherokee. My wife and I own and old home with original garage, my Cherokee fit but I was concerned about getting the longer, wider Grand Cherokee parked in our garage. Called Jillian and she told us to come in and take the Grand Cherokee for a test ride and take it home and see if it fits in our garage. My wife and I gave the vehicle a good test drive, loved the power and it fit fine in our garage, next to my wife's 2015 VW TDI wagon. Fast forward through the winter and another service call at Fury Motors in March, reconnected with Jillian and told her I knew what I wanted in an upgrade, and she found exactly what I wanted with the features I was looking to upgrade. She put together a package for me but with interest rates high I wasn't able to make the purchase at that time. Told Jillian to stay in touch with any incentives from Jeep and call me if she could put something together. We talked at the end of April, and she had the vehicle, had a package for me that I was comfortable with, and my wife and I decided to make the deal. Jillian delivered the vehicle to our house and spent a couple hours getting us both comfortable with the vehicle. She even swapped my old plates on to Grand Cherokee. Extremely helpful and answered all our questions and setting up the tech on the Grand Cherokee. I told her I'd stop into Fury in a week or so to go over any questions I have with the vehicle, have a bunch already, all tech stuff. I highly recommend Jillian, she put together a great deal for us, at 75, this is probably my last new vehicle purchase, and she made it a great experience.

I just wanted to share another positive experience with Fury Motors. My son was looking for a replacement newer vehicle and had done his research on the website and had a few in his price range. Our sales person Drew listened to what he was looking for and reviewed the ones my son selected and some vehicles that he thought would fit what my son was looking to buy. Drew, went over pros and cons for each vehicle, which I greatly respected. He made our choice, finance did an excellent job going over each form that needed to be signed and we were on our way. I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Teejay... even though I ultimately didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle I had inquired about. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit—not just making a sale. I absolutely hate shopping for cars because of how you are typically pushed into a direction to buy, but working with him wasn't like that at all. He answered all my questions, offered up considerations to help weigh options, never applied pressure, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Went in for a test drive only. Jason was great. Understood that I was only looking today. He was kind and informative. I am only in the price range for a used vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to look at anything other than what I was there for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fury Motors Saint Paul. Firstly to Sean, for helping me every step of the way. Great guy, great communication, very honest and open, genuinely seemed to want to make sure I drove away with the right car - from his dealership or elsewhere. Just fantastic. I actually an identical vehicle available with slightly higher mileage but lower cost at another dealer but I only wanted to work with Sean on this vehicle purchase. The other guys I interacted with at the dealership were all first class too. Over the course of the week I saw half a dozen vehicles at various places over the Twin Cities but I keep coming back to Fury Saint Paul. The buying process was really straight forward - overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend them to anyone - new cars, used cars, trading, buying. Go with confidence.
